Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database. Explain company products/services and convince prospects to take interest or make a purchase. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and leads in the CRM system. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries where necessary. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and reporting goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Forward leads or potential clients to the sales team as required. Skills Required Good verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
